The good people from Okayplayer have unveiled a teaser website for Miss Jill Scott, with that exact URL www.missjillscott.com, that will be bringing us all Jill, all the time once it gets up and running 100%. According to a video with a woefully short song snippet that greets visitors to the site, The Light of the Sun is still scheduled to drop Summer 2010. That is unless Hidden Beach, which still owns her old website www.jillscott.com, has something to say about it. There's still no word on the Hidden Beach v. Jill Scott lawsuit, nor what label the new album will be released on--if it gets released at all. Hopefully that won't be the case and Jill's Sun will see the light of day. Until then, we'll keep it locked on her new home on the net for updates.
