Polow Da Don On Board for Chante Moore's Next Album

As previously reported here on SoulBounce, Chante Moore's Love the Woman will be released this month. Details of the project's direction have finally emerged via Chante's Myspace page. Joining Raphael Saadiq and Warryn Campbell is Polow da Don, the producer responsible for mega-hits by Fergie, Nicole Scherzinger and Kelis. We're giving this match-up the side-eye. Back in August, Polow declared himself "King of the White Girls" and went on to state that Black women "are taught to question [their men]. Black women look at submission as being weak. White women look at submission as being a woman. And anyone who has a problem with this statement is ignorant." Why a strong, mature sister like Chante would put herself in the orbit of this foolishness is beyond us, but we trust that whatever they emerge with will be something fierce. Rumored guests on Love the Woman include Rick Ross and Kid Sister. Polow has also co-opted a rare 2Pac verse recorded during the All Eyez On Me sessions that he hopes will make the album.
