Mary J. Blige is back in front of the camera with a clip for one of my least favorite songs from Growing Pains. "Stay Down" sees The Queen singing in the middle of isolated, snowy plains, rocking a different hairstyle or fur depending on the scene, all intercut with rolling footage of snowcapped mountains. I'm pretty sure it took them exactly twenty minutes to do this but I'll forgive her. She's on tour. Oh, I'll also forgive being mislead during the whole "choose Mary's next single" debacle, which resulted in a song that didn't even rank the highest, and also wasn't "Stay Down". Being a fan is rough these days, ya'll.
