Big Boi & Adam Levine Are Feeling The Fantasy In 'Mic Jack'

Soon enough, we'll be jamming to the sound of Big Boi's Boomiverse. The anticipated third solo studio album from Outkast's other (more productive) half is sure to put the bump in the summer. In fact, lead singles "Mic Jack" and "Kill Jill" have already made it onto our summer playlists. Speaking of which, Big Boi keeps up that momentum by dropping off a fun clip for "Mic Jack."

The video follows a pretty straightforward concept. Big walks into a dry cleaner flanked by his crew and asks the attendant to fetch is dry cleaning. Said attendant, played by a platinum blond Adam Levine, is then sent on a wild goose chase for said item. As he searches and brings back one wrong item after the other, it triggers a new fantasy sequence. A white, floor-length fur coat somehow inspires a spaceship section where Daddy Fat Sacks jams with a few leotard-clad video vixens. A spacesuit (yes, a spacesuit) takes us into the final frontier as Lucious Left Foot flaunts his gold grills while spitting rhymes. Other outfits take us other places, including what might be the most booty-ful car wash ever and an extremely crunk family retreat. Through it all, Big Boi flexes like the Southern rap legend he is, proving that he is still cooler than Freddie Jackson sipping a milkshake in a snowstorm.

Get into the visual below and look for Boomiverse to arrive on June 16th.
