Chanté Moore Shows How Lovely Life Can Be With The 'Real One'

Chante Moore "Real One" Still

We were supposed to be jamming to Chanté Moore's The Rise of the Phoenix by now, as the album was set for release on February 17t. However, that date has come and we're still waiting on Ms. Moore to deliver. That being said, Chanté did leave us with a nice little groove to bop to with the album's lead single, "Real One." Now, the newly-50-year-old songstress (who, honestly, looks far younger) gives us a bit of eye candy with the release of the single's official video.

It was quite obvious from the song's lyrics that Chanté's got a man, but now she's showing off the hunky lover in the song's lush video. We see him shirtless, embracing Chanté in the most intimate ways possible. Sure he's the eye candy that's drawing all the attention (and make no mistake, he's foine), but Chanté doesn't let us forget that she's the real star here. She works a number of looks, from flowy dresses and bone-straight locks to tight-fitting white jeans and wavy tresses. Basically, homegirl is making 50 look damn good and giving all these youngsters goals to aspire to.

The singer hasn't announced an official release date for The Rise of the Phoenix since its delay just yet, but it's expected to arrive sometime next month. In the meantime and in-between time, watch Chanté Moore living her best life by pressing play to peep "Real One" right here.
