Scottish singer/songwriter Emeli Sandé is poised to become the next big thing across the pond. She's definitely doing big numbers, with her latest video for the song "Next To Me" rapidly gaining over a million YouTube views in less than one week. Pretty impressive for someone whose debut album hasn't even bee released yet. Not to worry, however, because Our Version of Events will be released in the UK on February 13th. Until that time, we'll spend ours listening to and watching her in action in this video. Set in a massive empty warehouse and simply featuring Emeli at a piano and a very intense drummer, the visuals are bare-bones yet effective, allowing you to get into the song with its catchy "ooh-ooh" chorus.
