Omar & Zed Bias Get Us 'Dancing'

If there is one artist whose mention gets my immediate attention it's Omar. The undisputed yet relatively uncelebrated king of UK soul has been a firm favorite since I first heard "There's Nothing Like This" back in the mid '90s, but it's been a while since we had any new material from Mr Lye-Fook. That is about to change with the upcoming release of "Dancing," a collaboration with dubstep-don Zed Bias, that will be included as a bonus track on the re-release of Omar's 2006 album Sing (If You Want It) on the Tru Thoughts label. The track is catchy as hell with Omar's distinctive vocals layered over a bubbling groove courtesy of Bias. Press play below, but be warned, you will not be able to sit still.
