Robin Hannibal is one busy man. Not only is he one half of SoulBounce faves Owusu and Hannibal and Quadron, but he also is a member of Parallel Dance Ensemble. Predating Quadron, PDE can be thought of as Quadron's polar opposite. Think bright and fun pop tunes dipped in neon and reeking of Bubble Yum. Such is the case with "Weight Watchers." The hook is infectious--thanks to other member Coco Solid--and the video is an amalgam of a six-year-old's candy daydreams. I am also loving the fact that this time around, weight watching refers to those who like to fill their clothes out, not take them in. Fine us for being on the late bus since their EP Turtle Pizza Cadillac dropped last year.
