Last week this time I was busily preparing for a quick road trip up to Philly for Zo!'s very first video shoot for the first single from SunStorm, the steppers' groove "This Could Be the Night." I had gotten a sneak preview of the song featuring Eric Roberson, Darien Brockington and Rapper Big Pooh a few weeks earlier, and it was love at first listen. I've been waiting ever since to get this track in my possession and now, a month before SunStorm's July 27th release, I finally get my chance to play this joint on repeat, which I guarantee you will do as well once you hear it. "This Could Be the Night" is a gumbo of goodness. Zo! holds it down on all the instruments while Erro and DBrock trade vocals and Pooh slides a few bars in between. This is but a taste of what Zo! has in store on SunStorm, which I do believe will be your soundtrack for the second half of the summer.
