It's been a minute since we've heard from our girl Ayah, but our cousin from Canada has been steady on her grind and now we get a glimpse of what she's been up to with the world premiere of the video for "In My Lifetime," a track from her spring release, 4:15. In the clip we see Ayah making her way around Toronto by taxi in black and white shots alternating with color footage of her singing in the streets. The video wraps with Ayah arriving at the offices of The Remix Project, which is an actual urban arts youth organization in T-Dot for which she used to work. The purpose of the video is two-fold, to get the song more shine and also to raise funds for and awareness of The Remix Project. Kudos to Ayah for a video well done and with a purpose. Now that we know what she's been up to, we'll patiently await her new hotness in conjunction with DJ Jazzy Jeff coming in the new year!
