So instead of coming up with a plan to rebuild New Orleans, the LA State Legistature is...[a sin and a shame]!

I wiiiiiiiiiish they would have panned the camera to the faces of the Louisiana state representatives. I would have loved to have seen their expressions and/or to see who was doing the damn dance.
