Janelle Monaé, super cute stage diver and avant garde darling of whatever genre of music she happens to be singing at the moment, is featured in the new issue of SPIN Magazine. She is, of course, looking stylish as usual with her trademark pompador-styled afro and black-and-white saddle shoes, but something does seem amiss in all of these pictures. She seems extremely surprised at something at the very least and at the worst horrified. Is she thinking about the state of current Pop music?
