No, your eyes do not deceive you. Montell Jordan and CeCe Peniston are not only back, but they are singing together on the new song "He Say, She Say." Just seeing the names Montell Jordan and CeCe Peniston side-by-side transports me back to another time and place: the '90s! And although this collaboration is about 15 years late, it's right on time. "He Say, She Say" examines the intricacies of relationships from both the male and female perspective, and it's a surprisingly good, Quiet Storm-ready song. Montell was never a great vocal talent, but he actually sounds decent here. I suspect there's some Auto-Tune in use, but he doesn't sound like Mr. Roboto, so I can live with this. As far as CeCe is concerned, she has always been a top-notch singer and nothing has changed. Together, Montell and CeCe complement each other rather nicely. Montell released a new album late last year, but this song wasn't included on the set. I'm not sure what else if anything these two have in store, but I'd love to hear more. [H/T: BMF]

I love this track......CeCe sounds GREAT we need her voice back in the mix. Music today lacks real soul and substance so we need CeCe to come back and reclaim her thrown. I'm really excited of the idea of CeCe "Finally" making a comeback.
