This past New Year's Eve Common wasn't out poppin' bottles with models or participating in any other sort of raucous rapperish debauchery. Instead, he attended Watch Night service at his home church, Trinity United Church of Christ, in Chicago. During the service Reverend Jeremiah A. Wright, Jr. passed the mic to Com Sense, and he broke out with a freestyle right there in the pulpit. This footage is priceless--especially toward the end when the entire congregation throws their hands in the air and waves them like they just don't care as if they were at a hip hop show.
