Mariah the Scientist and Young Thug find love in the strip club in the music video for "Walked In." The song, taken from her sophomore LP RY RY WORLD, details two people meeting during a night out on the town that turns into something more, and the visual brings the lyrics to life and takes the narrative a step further.
The "Walked In" clip begins with a wedding party seated at a grand banquet table. We soon see that the happy couple everyone's gathered to celebrate is none other than Mariah and Young Thug who raise their glasses to toast to themselves with their guests following suit. Once the first verse begins, the scene flashes back to Mariah literally walking into a strip club and peeping Thug in the crowd just like she sings. After blessing the strippers on stage with some bands, she makes her way over to him, and it's on from there.
Young Thug is quite taken by young Mariah, and their lusting turns into a love thing. The scenes switch back and forth between the couple on their first night to their big day. When they're not surrounded by scantily clad women twerking hard for the money at the club, they do what married folks do at their wedding receptions. There's the cutting of their wedding cake, posing for photographs with the wedding party (which includes rapper Gunna keeping it P as Thugger's best man), eating an overpriced catered meal and Mariah throwing the bouquet.
