We're just mere weeks away from R&B veteran Kenny Lattimore releasing his latest project Here To Stay. The album is set to include previous singles "Only Girl," "Lose You" and "Pressure." But just in case you needed something to sweeten the pot, Kenny's dropping off one more single from the set for your listening pleasure with the release of "All In."
As with all the previous singles, "All In" was crafted with romance on the mind. Here, he's luxuriating in the love his lady gives to him. With a warm synth and simple drums setting the tone, he sings of how easy she makes it for him to be vulnerable without feeling foolish. "It's so rare for a man to show his feelings," he sings. "Only in your presence, I receive healing." Upon expressing that sentiment, he takes the chorus up a notch to his impeccable falsetto as he sings, "Are you all in? / That's worth all of my love / My devotion / Anything I do is for us / Thought I was complete until I met you / 'Cause I'm all in forever." Though we don't have official word from Kenny on the matter, we can almost say with certainty that this one was probably inspired by his real-life love, Divorce Court star Faith Jenkins-Lattimore (aka Judge Faith Jenkins).
We're sure there will be more to love from Kenny Lattimore when Here To Stay arrives on December 3rd. Listen to "All In" right here and then pre-order the album from your preferred digital retailer.
