Doja Cat & SZA Entice And Excite In 'Kiss Me More'

Back in January, Doja Cat teased that her new album would feature appearances from French Montana, Megan Thee Stallion, A$AP Ferg, Saweetie, Young Thug and SZA. Now we have the first of these collaborations, and it's the SZA-featuring “Kiss Me More.”

“Kiss Me More” finds Doja and SZA inviting a lover to take the lovemaking up a notch. "Boy, you write your name, I can do the same / Oh, I love the taste, la-la-la-la-la," Doja whispers in a sexy, suggestive voice. SZA comes through on the third verse, telling her lover that she’s tired of being stuck in a bad relationship. Sonically, the low-key track fits comfortably in both artists’ wheelhouses.

The ladies didn’t keep us waiting on a visual for this single, and it’s as imaginative as you would expect from Doja. An astronaut crash lands on their planet and travels down a river while giant versions of Doja and SZA entice the spaceman to explore their landscape and find their treasure. After eating a provocatively shaped fruit, he goes into a trance and wakes up in a bedroom where our girls are waiting to seduce him. But it turns out this paradise planet might be too good to be true, and Doja and SZA were only playing a game with him, as you’ll see in the surprise twist ending.

"Kiss Me More” comes from Doja Cat’s upcoming album, Planet Her. Her new project arrives on the heels of her 2019 album Hot Pink that featured the viral hit “Streets,” which is still pumping from speakers and inviting people to do their best sexy silhouette challenge. Meanwhile, SZA is prepping to finally release her long-awaited sophomore album, teasing us with singles and snippets, including “Hit Different,” “Good Days” and “Shirt.” Both women will be keeping our post-Covid summer hot, together and separately.
