Tank and The Bangas have been injecting the music scene with their brand of cheeriness, quirk and soul for years. Now the band from the Big Easy returns to keep the fun going with their latest video, "Forgetfulness."
Directed by Alina Kulieva, the video finds frontwoman Tarriona "Tank" Ball and her bandmates Norman Spence, Merell Burkett, Joshua Johnson and Albert Allenback taking a stroll down a sunny street for this ode to going through the motions of everyday life. While Tank's charismatic presence usually takes center stage in the group's videos, here the star of the show is the band's dynamic. The guys step into the spotlight, allowing fans a closer look at the individual personalities that comprise Tank and The Bangas as a unit. Everyone seems to genuinely enjoy each other's presence as they goof around town. As with most of their videos, it's hard to watch the clip and not have a smile creep across your face by the end.
Tank and crew's ability to have fun together surely comes in handy given the group's busy touring schedule. After spending the majority of the spring and summer months on the road, they are showing no signs of slowing down thanks to a list of live performances that span from now until November.
