Tink Goes 'M.I.A.' To A Tropical Paradise

It's summer vacation time, and we're here for anything that includes a tropical vibe and some good eye candy. Thanks to Tink, we get to have both in her latest music video for the sun-kissed single "M.I.A." The Chicago native dropped off her EP Pain & Pleasure back in March, and now she's giving us the first visual from the six-track project. The mid-tempo track tells the story about going off the grid with a significant other. "Shawty wanna be the one, vacaying in the sun / Get on the plane, I'm seeing new things / He takin’ me down, he breakin’ the frames / It's feeling amazing," raps Tink.

In the video directed by Damien Sandoval, we head to Mexico with Tink and her play bae Barton Fitzpatrick (The Chi). The two are on the run after robbing a bank back in Chicago. While the cops sniff around back home, Tink and bae are enjoying what the beaches and mansions have to offer. We get a front row seat to Tink and Bart living their best lives and with their great chemistry that we almost forgot they were fugitives.

Last year Tink went on a mini-hiatus after breaking away from her deal with Timbaland. Now the singer/rapper is enjoying her newfound freedom with the release of her new video. Back and doing things her way, we can only hope to see more of what she has to offer, and also hope she doesn't go missing in action on us again. Watch the video for "M.I.A." right here to see what kind of trouble Tink has brewing when you press play.
