JMSN Reflects On What He Misses 'Most Of All'

JMSN threw us a curveball last month with the release of "Cruel Intentions." Not only did he depart from the JMSN (Blue Album) sound we'd come to expect, he also made us do a double-take when he debuted his new look for the song's video. We're certainly not complaining, though. Especially since all this newness is leading up to the release of his latest project It Is. The bluesy breakup song left an impression and is still in heavy rotation on our late-night playlists. But the talented Detroit native has officially got us wide open with his follow-up "Most of All."

Written and produced by JMSN himself, the song is a sequel of sorts, dealing with post-breakup regrets and physical yearnings. "I miss your hips, your lips, your tongue / But most of all I miss the...mmm mmm mmmm." (Did anyone else just adjust their seating position? Whew!) Dreamy Rhodes, jazzy drums, sweeping strings and a sultry bass line blend together seamlessly to lend titillating accompaniment to the steamy track. JMSN continues his lyrical musings, "If something feels right in the middle of the night, you've got to do it.'' We're finding it pretty hard to argue with that logic as this song has left us feeling some kinda way.

Listen to "Most of All" below to get your (slow) groove on. And it doesn't have to end there. Keep that bodyroll going with a scintillating remix of "Cruel Intentions" enhanced by Snoh Aalegra's smoky vocals. After you take a moment to fan yourself ('cause that remix is the hotness!) head over to iTunes to pre-order It Is and check JMSN's website to see when his tour is coming to a city near you.
