Bilal Shows Us His 'Satellites' & Reveals 'In Another Life' Tracklist

After unexpectedly releasing his latest single "Satellites" last week, soulful crooner Bilal has quickly delivered the track's accompanying video. In the clip, Bilal plays a watcher of sorts who steps in to fix a few of the world's ills, including helping a battered woman get money from an ATM and aiding a woman with a mental illness. He also takes some time to observe the world and the state that it's in, often looking pained as he examines it all. But soon, the peace is over as two errant cops decide to stop-and-frisk him as the funky, rock-tinged "Lunatic," another song from Bilal's upcoming album In Another Life, plays in the background and Bilal gets a little acid-trippy. Given the light of America's current state of civil unrest, it's a jarring yet moving visual.

In addition to the "Satellites" video, Bilal also dropped the album artwork and tracklist for In Another Life. In addition to revealing what songs we can expect, it also showed that B would be bringing a small but potent group of collaborators along for the party with SoulBounce faves Big K.R.I.T., Kimbra and Kendrick Lamar (snippets of the two performing the collaboration "Money Over Lover" recently surfaced online) lending helping vocals. We can't wait to hear what those collaborations sound like in full.

You can check out the video and the tracklist below. In Another Life will arrive at retailers on June 30th.
