Fred Hammond, Eric Roberson, Dave Hollister & Brian Courtney Wilson Join Forces As UT

While one side of the music world is buzzing about the
resurgence of reports of an R&B super-group of LSG proportions and another side is still debating who should or
should not have been added to the Kings Men Tour lineup, I'm more ecstatic
about one of the most monumental announcements I've heard thus far. GRAMMY
Award winner and gospel great Fred
Hammond
took to the newest social media craze, Socialcam, to announce the
beginning of a new endeavor. Teaming up with Music World recording artist, Brian Courtney Wilson, Blackstreet alumnus Dave Hollister, and SoulBounce's
favorite silky soul singer Eric
Roberson
, Hammond is piecing together an album with this new super-quartet under the moniker UT,
standing for United Tenors. Hammond, Wilson, Hollister and Roberson are, in my opinion, four
of the greatest male vocalists of our time and collectively can easily offer a
quality sound reminiscent of the most revered male gospel group of the past, The Winans. Throughout this week,
Hammond and the gang have invited viewers to take a behind-the-scenes look into
the recording process of this forthcoming "worship" album, including a snippet
of a new song entitled "You Are Here." To keep up with upcoming news and
exclusive footage of UT, follow Fred Hammond on Socialcam.
